Graduated from the Faculty of Law of Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, in 2011, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Law. She also holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Procedure.

She specializes in civil, corporate, commercial and family law.

In addition to representing clients before national courts, Elena Munteanu has extensive experience in representing clients before the European Court of Human Rights.

She is a licensed lawyer and has been a member of the Union of Lawyers of the Republic of Moldova since 2016.
